1.2. By entering any Competition, participants ("Entrants") agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Competition": Any prize competition operated by the Promoter as described on the Website.
"Entrant": Any person who enters a Competition.
"Prize": The item(s) or service(s) awarded to the Winner of a Competition.
"Promoter": QCD Autocentre Brackley.

"Opening Date": The date and time at which the Competition opens, as specified on the Competition page.

3.1. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
3.2. Entrants must own the vehicle specified in their entry at the time of entering the Competition and at the time of prize redemption (if applicable to the Competition).
3.3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competitions are not eligible to enter.
3.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants, including ownership of the vehicle specified.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Entry Methods
Paid Online Entry
Select the Number of Entries:
Choose how many entries you wish to purchase using the quantity selector on the Competition product page.
Entry Fee: The cost per entry is as stated on the Competition page for each specific Competition.
Click "Enter":
After selecting your desired number of entries, click the "Enter" button.
This will open the Competition Entry Form.
Complete the Competition Entry Form:
Answer the Skill-Based Question:
A skill-based question will be provided on the Competition Entry Form.
Select the correct answer from the options provided.

Confirm Eligibility and Acceptance:
Tick the checkbox to confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Proceed to Checkout:
After submitting the form, you will be directed to the checkout page.
Review your order and complete the payment process.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
Entry Confirmation:
Your entries are recorded internally based on your order and form submission.
Each paid entry grants you one (1) chance in the Competition.
No refunds are offered for any paid entries after they are made.
Free Postal Entry
Entrants may enter the Competition for free by sending a postal entry.
Postal Entry Instructions:
Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard or in a sealed envelope to the following address:

Postal Entry Conditions:
Number of Entries: Each valid postal entry will receive one (1) chance in the Competition.
Separate Entries: Each postal entry must be sent in a separate envelope or postcard. Bulk entries in one envelope will be counted as a single entry.
Account Registration: Entrants must have created an account on our Website www.qcdauto.co.uk for the postal entry to be processed.
Matching Details: All details provided on the postal entry must match the details registered on your online account.
Incomplete Entries: Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Eligibility Confirmation: By submitting a postal entry, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and accept these Terms.
4.2. Maximum Number of Entries
The maximum number of entries for each Competition is capped at 10,000 entries unless otherwise stated on the Competition page.
Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, no further entries will be accepted, and the Competition will be closed.
The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the maximum number of entries for future Competitions; any changes will be communicated in the relevant Competition details.
4.3. Entry Limits Per Person
Paid Entries: Entrants may purchase multiple entries per Competition; there is no maximum limit on the number of paid entries per person unless otherwise specified on the Competition page.
Postal Entries: Entrants may submit multiple postal entries per Competition, each in accordance with the postal entry conditions.
4.4. Skill-Based Question
All Entrants must correctly answer a skill-based question to qualify for the Competition.
The specific question will be provided on the Competition Entry Form or specified in the postal entry instructions.
Only Entrants who answer the question correctly will be eligible to win the Prize.
4.5. Entry Period
Each Competition will have a clearly stated Opening Date and Closing Date on the Competition page.
Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition.
4.6. Entry Recording and Confirmation
Entries are Recorded Internally:
The Promoter records all entries internally based on orders and form submissions.
Entrants will not receive individual ticket numbers.
Each entry purchased or valid postal entry submitted counts as one chance to win in the Competition.
All eligible entries are included in the random draw.
4.7. Vehicle Information (if applicable)
For Competitions where the Prize is linked to a vehicle, Entrants must provide accurate vehicle details, including:

Vehicle Make
Vehicle Model
The vehicle specified must be owned by the Entrant at the time of entry and at the time of prize redemption.
The Prize is non-transferable to another vehicle or person.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Random Draw
The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verified random number generator.
5.2. Draw Process
The draw will be conducted within 7 days after the Closing Date.
The Promoter will ensure the draw process is fair and impartial.
The winning entry will correspond to the internal records maintained by the Promoter.
5.3. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
5.4. Claiming the Prize
The Winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the Prize.
The Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility, including ownership of the vehicle specified (if applicable).
If the Winner does not respond within 14 days or fails to provide the required proof, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select an alternative Winner using the same process.
6. Prize Details
6.1. Prize Description
The Prize is as described on the Competition page on the Website.
6.2. Prize Conditions
Vehicle-Specific Prizes:
If the Prize is linked to the Entrant's vehicle, it is applicable only to the vehicle specified in the entry.
The Prize is non-transferable to another vehicle or person.
The Entrant must own the vehicle at the time of prize redemption.
6.3. Prize Availability
In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a Prize of equal or greater value.
6.4. No Cash Alternative
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.
7. Publicity and Personal Information
7.1. Use of Winner's Information
By entering the Competition, Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their first name and county of residence for announcing the Winner and for reasonable promotional purposes.
7.2. Consent
The Winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the Competition but is under no obligation to do so.

Personal data provided by Entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from Entrants participating in the Competition or the Winner's acceptance of the Prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical problems.
8.3. Website Availability
The Promoter does not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for any failure or inability to access the Website.
8.4. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Disqualification
9.1. Grounds for Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of these Terms, provided false information, or acted fraudulently.

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or fail to meet the entry criteria will be void.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website and will not affect Entrants who have already entered.
