QCD Warranty Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Warranty plan through QCD Autocentre Brackley, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Coverage: Autoguard Warranties Ltd will provide administration and repair services for mechanical breakdowns as outlined in this agreement.
Eligibility: This maintenance contract does not cover vehicles used for competitive racing, emergency services, or hire/reward purposes.
Contract Validity: The contract is valid only when the full fee is paid within 14 days of vehicle delivery.
Repair Request Limit: Maximum payable per repair request and aggregate limits are specified in your agreement.
Servicing Requirements: Servicing must follow manufacturer guidelines at VAT-registered garages, and proof must be retained.

Pre-Approval Required: No repairs may be carried out until a repair request number is issued.
Documentation: Submit VAT invoices and proof of servicing for all repair requests.
Timelines: Repairs must be completed within 30 days of approval, and repair documentation must be submitted within 7 days of completion.

Mechanical and Electrical Components:
Engine, transmission, suspension, fuel system, electrical system, cooling system, air conditioning, and hybrid/electric vehicle components.
Coverage extends to parts originally fitted by the manufacturer.

Wear and tear, fluid leaks, seals, gaskets, corrosion, and consumable items like brake pads, tyres, and light bulbs.
Pre-existing faults, unauthorised repairs, and negligence.
External damage caused by accidents, extreme weather, or water ingress.

European Cover: Coverage for up to 60 days within the EU, subject to repair reimbursement terms.
Transfer of Warranty: The warranty can be transferred to a new private owner for a £35 fee, subject to approval.

Cancellation Period: Refunds are available within 14 days of issue if the contract is not suitable.
Conditions for Refund: No claims must have been made, and the contract must be returned to the supplying dealer.

Betterment: Repairs that improve the vehicle's condition may require a contribution from the customer.
Diagnostics Contribution: Diagnostic costs are covered up to £65 inclusive of VAT for approved repairs.
Labour Rates: Repair costs will follow the labour rates specified in your agreement.
Renewal Responsibility: Customers must submit renewal documents on time to maintain coverage.
